We Are Moved In!

Things are really crazy over here because the humans and the kitties of The Three Whiskateers are officially ( and FINALLY ) moved into our new home!  This marks two huge milestones for us.  Our first house, and the first time that all three of our kitties have lived together under one roof.  Just to be clear, Tyler is not living here yet.  Right now it is all mine!  And he will move in with me just as soon as we are married.  It's not the nicest, newest, or best house out there, but it is ours!

There are boxes everywhere, the house is a wreck, and I am exhausted.  I won't write too much today because of the latter.  But, I will write more about the cats adjusting to their new home later.  It's quite interesting around here as this is a new territory and Shadow, the alpha male, has to assert his dominance over the Scooter and Smudges...  Any tips for getting this to stop or at least calm down a bit?  Or just any tips for moving to a new house?  We could use all the help we can get!  For now I shall leave you with these pictures of our door and the welcome sign I made for it and our absolutely gorgeous new fireplace!  More to come later.  <^..^>

Oh and come back soon because we have some new reviews and giveaways happening soon!  Thanks for reading!

  1. Paws up and congratulations on your first house! I came to live with my human at her second house. The first one was apparently pretty awesome, but small. One thing you need to think about with your three guys is making sure there are lots of different levels for them to explore and hang out. They need to find their own spaces, and adding vertical space, as in cat trees, and good window space to watch Bird TV is important. Also nice, private spaces, like cubbyholes for anyone who wants a bit of peace from the other cat.

    1. Thank you very much! Very helpful tips Sparkle :0) Turns out we actually have all of these for our three so I guess we are in pretty good shape. By the way, the dominance issues have officially been settled and peace has settled on our home once again!

  3. Congrats on the new home!
You've been nominated for a Liebster Award! Read my post for more details!
It comes to mind that one of the questions I posed was about being a parent. I don't believe you are a parent yet, except to cats, but you can relate I'm sure!

  4. Wow, congratulations! A new home is always a moving experience :)
We just moved at the end of November and we still have boxes all over the place.

Thanks for checking out my bloggie, and sorry it took me so long to come visit yours.

Now you need to name your new home. I named ours "Casa Burrow" :)
