"Gabby & Roxy's EmPURRium (The EmPURRium) was born in my one bedroom apartment in January 2010 when I started using some fleece scraps to make catnip toys. In March of 2010 I used my measly tax money to buy the materials for collar making. I love to spoil my cats and I could never find cute collars in pet stores for cats.
The EmPURRium is based out of my bedroom on my tiny desk and in a few plastic storage containers. I hand sew every item by myself, mainly at night after work once my baby has gone to bed. I'd love to have a studio some day just for creating collars and toys. Sometimes it's hard to find time to get orders out, but I love doing this. I love the variety I have in my shop and I try to have a little bit of something for everyone."
And what can you find in her great little shop? Go check it out for yourself! She makes a lot of really cute collars, leashes, recycled t-shirt tug toys, and, my personal favorite, catnip mats! She even loves to do custom requests! Currently, she is working on making martingale collars and harnesses for dogs and some new cat toys. So, lots of great new stuff ahead!

About Them
The catnip mat measures approx 13" x 9" with a velcro snap pocket to put catnip inside. It also comes with a starter pouch of catnip. They come in lots of colors and prints which you can check out here. And, all her collars are made with nylon or polypropylene webbing and then the ribbon is sewn on. They all come with top quality buckles to finish them off, and even a cute little bell! The collars come in lots of colors and designs too! Check em out!
What The Three Whiskateers Thought
First, I filled the catnip mat with catnip (which they could already smell!) and put it on the floor. All three of them immediately ran over:
And they only had a chance to sniff it before Scooter stole it away (surprise, surprise :p)

Then, when we tried to get it away from him, he refused to let it go. We picked him up, and he still held onto it.. He definitely loved it!
And so did Shadow and Smudges!
And, the collar looked great on Scooter! It is well made and very sturdy!
We loved absolutely everything and would highly recommend the shop! The colors are bright and everything is well made! All three Whiskateers give The EmPURRium two paws up!
